I am 51 years old and I live in Slovakia where the most of my exhibitions use to take place but sometimes you can find me abroad too. My favourite theme is mainly a landscape and I create my pictures with concrete and acrylic on canvas. My artworks are structured in 3D effect and I like to adjust the small pictures into author's frames in shabby chic style. Black and White Photography Jeanloup Sieff

Jeanloup Sieff (November 30, 1933 – September 20, 2000)
"Born in Paris, the son of a Polish engineer, Jeanloup Sieff received a camera for his 14th birthday and since never departed from his previous gift. After having failed in entering the film industry, he established himself as a fashion photographer for Elle from the mid 1950s. He introduced an innovative feel of eroticism to photographs that had until then privileged respectable and stiff models and set his shoots in real locations while he pushed his sitters to seductively flirt with the camera. Often emphasizing a specific area of the body - mostly backs and bottoms - Jeanloup Sieff believed that ‘sometimes, the face is not interesting when the body is. Sometimes the face is a distraction.’ With his wide-angle black and white images, the French photographer caught the dramatic potential of light and shadow while he often added a touch of humour to his pictures, playing with situations and his sitters like Alfred Hitchcock urged to run after a model he is about to strangle, on the set of Psycho. Obsessed by women, Jeanloup Sieff nonetheless captured one of fashion photography’s most legendary male nude when Yves Saint Laurent posed, in 1971, for his perfume Y and mastered the art of street photography. ‘Girlfriends and landscapes were the subjects of my early photographs. Realism Basuki Abdullah

Basuki Abdullah (Surakarta, Central Java 25 January 1915 - Jakarta, 5 November 1993) was an Indonesian painter and a convert to Roman Catholicism from Islam. His work is characterized as realism and has been exhibited in the Indonesian National Gallery. He received formal training in The Hague. During the Japanese occupation of Indonesia he was an art teacher. After the war he became known internationally, winning an art contest on the occasion of the accession in the Netherlands of Queen Juliana. His status in Indonesia provided an opportunity to paint the official portrait of President Suharto. Abdullah was beaten to death by three assailants during a break-in at his Jakarta home.Wikipedia

Raúl Soldi

Raúl Soldi (27 March 1905 in Buenos Aires, Argentina – 21 April 1994 in Buenos Aires, Argentina) was an Argentine painter whose work treated various subjects, including landscapes, portraits, the theater and the circus, and nature. His theatrical figures are renowned for their melancholy appearance. He also illustrated poetry books.

Raúl Soldi was born into an artistic family in Buenos Aires in 1905, his father was a cellist and his eldest sister studied piano and song. He began his studies at the National Academy of Beautiful Arts, Buenos Aires, Argentina then travelled to Europe in 1921. He stayed in Germany until 1923 then moved to Italy to continue his studies, enrolling in the Real Academy of Brera (Milan) where he remained until 1932. Whilst in Italy, he became involved with groups of vanguard artists.Wikipedia
